Dominic, I boot up, run FLrig, Run PAT Winlink.? Select either packet or VARA FM (same result).? Up pops the web based PAT Winlink page.? Doesn't read the frequency like it does on Linux Mint nor does the Conky Rigctl turn green.? Thanks for the assist.

Do you have flrig running? `-m 4` tells rigctl to use flrig for rig control and it expects it usually on port 12345. (on localhost)
