I need to reach out to Craiger KM6LYW and see how he rigged up the Winlink Server for it as it does it all.? I’m think linBPQ will be more robust for my Winlink SysOp requirements.?

The IC 2100, if I'm not mistaken, has a 3.5 plug for programming. I never thought of using that plug for FLrig. If the radio vfo can be used, one would have to make a patch cable to run the data on the sleeve to tip. We had to do this for IC 746 way back when.
