Well, These Are 2 identical Surface pro3, both Running on battery, so the rfi effect should be identical

I'm also thinking it sounds like RFI. It's working but fails. Both computers are not the same, regardless of the OS. Circuitry design, RF noise, parts used? internally being different from different vendors, etc. Even the same make and model can act differently. I once had a computer randomly reboot, changed out the power supply and the motherboard. Turned out the surge protector's MOV was bad. Had another one that kept having a screen go blank, turns out the keyboard had a bad ground and was picking up static. Troubleshooting sure can be fun ?
