True but in a basic install, Pat Menu uses rigctl piped to FLRIG for rig control so 4532 is correct in this instance.

Don, I had something weird happen today that's similar to your situation and another user has reported something similar as well. I upgraded to Pat 0.16 on a known good system and lost rig control. Thinking it was a Pat issue, I downgraded back to 0.15.1. Still not working. Turns out that FLRIG had lost comms with the radio. Reset everything and I was back in business. Can you confirm that FLRIG still has control over the radio?
