Cool, although I won't be throwing away the pi strapped to my radio.??
Carrying this as a control surface however, would add redundancy?should you have a failure out in the field, especially if you add a buck converter module for 12 V power, RTC and sound card which look like they would all fit neatly inside the box.?
Definitely?something to watch.
