When I do a google search for Texas parks, Spring Creek is not listed. Texas Parks website also does not list anything close to Plano. https://tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/parks-map But I do see it

Certainly worth putting the word out and asking who would be interested in a group activity. Even if some one says they plan on going out, and others are invited to drop by, would be worth announcing.

Scheduled for the weekend of April 12-13...has to be from a state park....nearest ones are ray roberts lake, lake tawakoni and Eisenhower State Park. Should we try to participate?

Slim Jim is a term used to describe a 2m j-pole made from a section of ladder line. Lightweight, you can roll it up for travel, and easy to deploy atop a windsock pole- especially a tall one. Like
