Recently we have had an issue with one of the network routers.? We think that the problem is manifested after some power event.? This has NOT been affecting?the repeaters.? However, Broadcastify.com goes offline and you are not able to listen to the repeaters using that website.? To try to correct the power problem the?board bought new batteries for our UPS.? Those were installed on Saturday.? There was another power event on Saturday afternoon that caused the UPS to stop receiving utility power.? The repeaters were operating off of the UPS batteries until they ran out of power.? I went to the water tower as soon as I could after the batteries ran out to remove the UPS and restore power to the repeaters.? That is the configuration we are running currently.
So, to answer your question, the repeaters have been operational except for a short period last weekend.? This was something that was easily corrected but I was not able to get back to the water tower sooner.? In the event of a crisis like something happening during an event or emergency, I would drop everything and head over there to solve the problem.? I believe that you can depend on the repeaters for the Balloon Festival.
