I heard that a few tried to file comments on the FCC website which will default to the “standard filing” page which is very convoluted and not user friendly. ? However there is a express form which is at ? The only thing that is not obvious on this form is the first fill in box. *Proceeding(s): Specify the FCC proceeding(s) to which your filing refers Fill in 25-133 in this box and the rest of the form is pretty self-explanatory. ? ?
