The Board of Directors of SCARA has decided that under FCC rules, we, as amateur radio operators, cannot work under the for-profit company that the ADA has hired to run all their Tour de Cure events in the USA.

?

The minutes of the special board meeting are attached and will explain in more detail why we made the decision for their 2025 Capital District Tour de Cure. The board hopes that we will once again be able to handle communications for the 2026 Tour de Cure.
