To Dynahoe Dave:
Most of the soldering tutorials tell you to how to solder solder wire to metals of a much higher melting point. In the Kurzweil 1000, the solder pads are made of solder and can be melted just as easily as the solder wire, that's why I was confused. Any thoughts on this?
