This was before big companies like BIC were stepping into the windsurfing

Re: KD 122 Italy
Bernd, great photo. A pity there were no videos from your sailing of the 425 prototype. Those are great looking sails and very modern looking for 1986. Having good sails for a boat is more important

Ursi and I are on our DUO 425 on the beach from Vieste 1986.
Fantastic sailing with the DU 425 prototype. The boat was a sensation.
Nobody had seen a parallel rig catamaran at this time.

The photo shows the arch of San Felice south of Vieste.
I have two videos of the Kd 860 Zeus ready, how can I send them to you? Private mail?

Hi Domenico
Thank you for the information.
The problem with bigger boats
Too much interior to build and it can get lost in details.
OK, your situation is different. The boat is built?for a client.

As you've always told me: it's difficult to find space in a catamaran with asymmetrical hulls.
From your project I only modified the aft rooms and added an extra bulkhead between BH 4 and 5 to add

I was already wondering if we could see nothing from you.

Re: Bernd Kohler
Sorry, again I give the same building time because, look at the extra cabin sides on the cockpit side. The more complicated entrances.
In the end, to be honest, you will need a bit more time.

the biplane rig is very interesting, just a question: how do you reduce the surface of the mainsail?

Re: KD860 Open
Hi Bernd,
The two specifications in the pictures that you sent yesterday are the same.
The dimension I have on my KD860 Open dxf drawing are L.O.A: 8.6m and Beam CL to CL: 4.3m. Draft CWL is 401mm.
