Are you able to heat your workshop? Climate table tells, the average temperatures in march are 10 ¡ãC maximum and 2 ¡ãC minimum. Not easy to work and get epoxy cured at this temperatures.

From my experience theres no reason why you could not get that boat built to a good standard in 12 months, as long as you stick to the plans and are motivated. After all it's a small and simple boat.
