I dont know where you are located at, but from your name and text it seems like german speaking area. I am currently not able to test a prop, but if you are in the vicinity of Vlbg. or Stuttgart I could print and help design you a few? props for testing as I do own a 3d printer which can print up to 370mm in diameter and about 400mm in height and do know my way around 3d design.?
