Nope...none of those. More info -- I have the chart in front of me now. It's a transcription of an Art Farmer solo with Jim Hall comping. The changes: 2 bars of Farmer, then Hall's comping: Fmaj///

G7 by Sibelius has tab and standard notation. I've never tried entering tab, but you could check the specs to see what happens.
