Andy Polon who studied with Barry back in the 1970's
collected the arrangements. The original arrangements were
hard to read and made particularly so because Barry used a
"wet copier" a 1970s mimeograph machine by 3M to make copies
for his students. So to make them easier to read they were
input into a notation program with the result of the book.
During the same time period, Mel Bay took some of Barry's
arrangements and made two books with tabs and CD's.
Sadly, there have been unscrupulous people who have
downloaded the book from our archives made it available
elsewhere, without giving any credits, and in two instances
(that I know about) even tried to sell the book or extracts
from the book.
