if the components are smt, ?then I would vote for it being populated. Personally, I would prefer to not wind torrid etc. ?and would rather buy them.?
i suspect that a volume buy of parts would be more economical. But I hope you would value the time you put into this and price accordingly. No need to pass things along at cost.?
