Someone in the JMT FB group came to the same conclusion from the photo - 90¡ã twist based on orientation of the key structural elements. Will be interesting to hear more.

Read today on FarOut (PCT): "From a friend who wanted to see the bridge with his own eyes: Bridge is absolutely unusable. Tilted by almost 90 degrees. No real way to cross the river with it.
