I second PackIt Gourmet; they're a small family business based in Austin. They've been so friendly, and the quality has been consistent over the past 10 years that I've bought from them. Their broccoli is more chunky and less stringy than other freeze-dried brands. I always get that and spinach, and freeze-dried chicken.
