I wouldn't worry too much about the water crossing.
I hiked the route about a month earlier in a fairly heavy snow
year with an early melt and didn't have problems with these
crossing. Tyndall was the hardest but no big problem. They were
good practice to prepare for the major crossing further north.
I looked at the current FarOut comments for these crossing and
none mentioned crossing difficulties.
You may have missed Rock Creek depending upon your route.
This doesn't account for local heavy rain activity.

All,
I am hiking Onion
valley to Horseshoe meadows starting next Monday. I will go
back and re-read Inga's section hike (in the opposite
direction).? In the?meantime, what are the things I should
watch out for?
There is another
heat wave till this Friday, so I expect the streams to be
full, so I am concerned.?
I am starting here:?
I have to cross Bubbs Creek (twice), Tyndall Creek, Wallace
Creek, Wright Creek, Bullfrog lake outlet and of course,
Whitney Creek (I vividly remember crossing this during HST).
(Am I missing?a crossing)?
Any guidance would
be appreciated.
