Can you point to something on the OpenSnow/OpenSummit that claims you can get forecast data while offline?
I can't find anything like that.? The only reference to "Offline" access is the ability to , along with your phone's GPS to pinpoint your location on the map.
That's not the same as requesting and receiving back an updated weather forecast.
