I use the flexlite air chair from REI. It weighs a pound and costs $100.? Also I¡¯m not a doctor but low back pain can be caused by a slot of things including tight hamstrings and bad flexibility.? Have you considered adding a yoga routine to your workout and at the end of your trail day? ?
