1.? Open a tube of your choice ? 2.? Duplicate (Shift and D) and close original ? 3.? Image->Resize Resample using: Smart Size checked Width and Height in Pixels Settings: Width no more than 275 Height no more than 350 Lock aspect ratio checked Resize all layers checked ? 4.? Adjust-> Sharpness->Sharpen ? 5.? Dropper Tool-> Choose a dark color for your Foreground and the same color but a little lighter for the Background. Very light colors don't work well with this tutorial. ? 6.? Edit-> Copy ? 7.? File-> New Width 250 Height 8 Image Characteristics- Raster Background Color: Transparent checked

8.? Flood Fill Tool-> Fill with your Background color
?
9.? Image-> Add Borders Color your Foreground color Symmetric checked Top, Left, Right and Bottom 1

A Note: It may look like your canvas disappeared.? If so, you can go to View-> Zoom-> Zoom In More.?

10.? Layers-> Promote Background Layer ? 11.? Image-> Canvas Size Width 275 Height 25 Placement TOP CENTER

12.? Layers-> Duplicate ? 13.? Image-> Flip
?
14.? Layers-> Merge-> Merge Visible
?
At this point, if you zoomed to see your canvas better, you can zoom out now by going to View-> Zoom-> Zoom Out More.

15.? Image-> Canvas Size Width 275 Height 375 Placement TOP CENTER

16.? Layers-> Duplicate ? 17.? Image-> Flip
?
18.? Layers-> Merge-> Merge Visible

19.? Image-> Canvas Size Width 275 Height 400 Placement CENTER
31.? Layers Palette-> Click on the bottom layer to highlight it

32.? Layers-> Arrange-> Bring to Top

33.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings: Offset Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Attributes Opacity 25 Blur 5 Color: black Shadow on new layer not checked

34.? Layers-> New Raster Layer

35.? Layers-> Arrange-> Send to Bottom

36.? Flood Fill Tool-> Fill with your Foreground color

Optional: If your background seems too dark, add a new layer and using the Flood Fill Tool, fill with your background color.? Then go to Layers-> Properties-> and lower the Opacity

47.? Layers Palette-> click on the top layer to activate it ? 48.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings: Offset Vertical 0 Horizontal 0 Attributes Opacity?25 or your choice Blur 12 Color: black Shadow on new layer checked ? 49.? Effects-> Image Effects-> Seamless Tile Tiling Method- Corner Direction- Vertical Settings Vertical Offset 0 Transition 50 ? 50.? Edit-> Paste-> Paste as New Layer (your tube) ? 51.? Layers-> Arrange-> Bring to Top ? 52.? Move Tool-> Position your tube to the left ? 53.? Effects-> 3D Effects-> Drop Shadow Settings: Offset Vertical 2
Horizontal 2 Attributes Opacity?25 or your choice Blur 10 Color: black Shadow on new layer not checked ? *Optional* Add any text, brushes, accents, texture, watermark etc. ? 54.? Layers-> Merge-> Merge All ? 55.? File-> Export-> JPEG Optimizer Set compression value to: 10 and direct it to a folder. ? 56.? Finish in the Letter Creator.
