when trying to launch the ardop modem whether via the Pat menu or Pat http it fails

of course it is probably a config issue
but where are the executables supposed to be?
I snooped around and have not found them
is there something else to install?
the Vara modem fails as well

must a be a hank of documentation I missed
FLdigi and WSJTX work very nicely
and getting it it onto the EMMC was super easy
what a great distro and a very nice little bit of kit!
