It isn't a ham callsign. The software is a "Windows Activator program", a hack written to eliminate the Windows Activation check for unlicensed copies of Windows. These days, all versions of Win7 are unlicensed copies.... But make an informed decision about installing the software. I did a search for "w7lxe software" and the first link explained the problems and another link mentioned that 3 out of 4 copies tested were safe to use, the last one was malware. "Let the downloader beware." I've been looking for a reliable fix myself, will probably try it..... Thanks.
