Herb, I originally used rufus to burn the image to the USB drive as directed in the HOW_TO_BURN_IMAGE.TXT file at sourceforge. It took only a few minutes to complete so perhaps it did not correctly burn the image, but just created the partitions. I did not change any options in rufus, because they were greyed-out. Well, when I used Balena Etcher, it took an hour to burn the image, but now it boots just like yours, Herb. Thanks Gary W9TD
