Club member has two HCOL accounts

One of our VVARC members got added to HCOL with a different email address but he already had an HCOL account with another club. I don't see a way to change his logon email account so we can get him using a single HCOL account to see both clubs from the main menu screen.

You just have to ignore the wrong account, and be careful in the future when adding people.

*ALWAYS* try adding someone by callsign *FIRST*.

We can't ignore his account as he's in the club, and I can't re-add him to our club using his preferred email. I did change his email for club communications. But you're saying he'll just have to use two different logons for HCOL?

Thanks.

He *can't*.

You added him in error, you need to change the email address of the bad account to somehting like firstname.lastname@..., cancel any memberships and mark him inactive.

Then use the *correct* account, the one with the callsign attached to it.

I changed his club email (not the logon email as I can’t) to a fake one, cancelled his membership, and removed him from our roster. It won’t let me add him in via call sign (That callsign already exists on your club roster), or adding him without a call sign (e-mail address entered for this unbound user is already in use on the HamClubOnline system). What am I missing or doing wrong?

?

Thanks.

If they've ever logged in, you can't change the email, only I can do that.

who are we talking about? if you don't want to post the callsign, open a ticket.
