Confirming the usual, replacing the 47 uF fixed it.?
That capacitor had been replaced in 2009. I don't use my 8924C regularly, but it's been plugged in 24/7 since 2009 "just in case".?
I really don't want to do this again so I'm not going to leave my 8924C plugged in any longer unless I have an active project that I need it for.
