Hi Alexandre and friends,
The connection I made is as follows:
1. From HP8924c video out (BNC) to GBS8200 Y-video in (RCA) with BNC cable and BNC to RCA adapter
2. From GBS8200 VGA out to Samsung Monitor/TV VGA/PC input with standard VGA cable
3. The GBS8200 is set o YPbPr mode.
As it is shown in the photos I uploaded, it works almost well, for practical purposes, but the display is offset to the left, missing three text columns. (Maybe this will be corrected with the sync separator).
