It may be because those states are stored in the memory state called 'Poweron'?
If it is that, try doing a preset and saving that state into the 'Poweron' memory.

i have two 8920B. one always comes up in the rx test screen the other one always comes up in the diagnostic screen. i cant get it to come up in the rx screen all the time.
