HP 8340B sweeper and 8757A Scalar Network Analyzer. Do they work together?

Marco Marchesi All Messages By This Member #145050 Hi All,? I have a Sweeper 8350B and a Scalar Network Analyzer 8757A in my lab. The two are connected like that: - 1 HP-IB cable between ?''8757 System Interface'' socket on 8757A side and ''HPIB'' socket on 8350B side - three BNC patches. Everything works fine.? Well, I could make a deal for an HP 8340B but I wonder whether I can still use my 8757A with this sweeper. The available documentation, IMO, is kind of obscure. Does anyone have experience about? Thank you ?
