It may be simpler to add wire lead cuttings to an SMD package and encapsulate in hotglue for proper part spec. match up.

Hi Gerry Option 010 is the tracking generator and the LO port is part of it. 8591A's with option 010 do appear from time to time, albeit at a price. A quick way of determining of option 010 is fitted
