RF Voltmeter?
I have a Boonton Model 93 RF Voltmeter. Did HP make an equivilent product? Back in the 60's and 70's I did a lot of work using the HP 400 AC VTVMs and the the HP 412 VTVM. But I never had a need

Hi there, I need to measure and tune some of the RF passive components i.e. filters, DC, ring resonators etc I made for my hobby projects. I would like to get some more precision but I don't have

I just had a look at ebay listings and do not believe the current asking prices. A few years back it seemed like no one could give them away. I found mine at a local machinery recycle warehouse. On

I paid more than twice that just for shipping.? But yeah, keep your eye out and you can get one pretty cheap. Peter

Re: First four digits for year of HP stuff
Don't think messing around is the situation here. I have seen dozens of different models with the odd serial number greater than 52. Most of them were around the start of 1970 as I recall ...never

The reaction of the system to changes often was based on whether the job was commercial, space, or military. The military and space jobs that I was involved with forbid any rework. If a solder

Hmmm? There is a day or two more to the year than 52 weeks. I could see a possible 53, but more than that was probably someone messing around. -Chuck Harris Jeremy Nichols jn6wfo@...

Hi Dave et al, to answer your last point first (PS). I have absolutely no Idea what that would mean. I didn’t think that could ever happen. Thanks for your clarification of “Rework”. If a

Dave- I've noticed those also and own a couple of examples of serials with 52+ week numbers. Jeremy [hp_agilent_equipment] <hp_agilent_equipment@...> wrote:

Our tentative definition of Rework was neither mis-assembly nor Special Handling (called "Custom Modified Products" at Tektronix). Your reaction suggests to me that HP always fed changes straight

E1 is invalid key sequence if calibration is pressed while not in AM or FM. 8480 series sensors work with your unit, high priced 11722A not required. If you have option 10, connect calibrator output

I thought I was clear: 3ppm error WITH the ovenized crystal generator in both the generator and the counter. That’s actually the puzzle! Actually it’s the 500MHz reference oscillator, divided

Hi, A 3 ppm frequency error is what I would expect from a frequency reference loop using a 10 MHz SC-cut crystal oscillator when the loop is out of lock. The pulling range is typically +/- a few
