Yes, the RIFA caps in question are Y and X caps. You are not supposed to replace them with some random cap!

You set the 8340B with x4 multiplier and the multiplier out using an attenuator goes to the 8517 . Using the 8340B multiplier feature the 8510 ask for let me say sweep from 26 to 52 GHz and the 8340
