That's a good start. Apparently! No, 7 capacitors. They are not dual capacitors; they simply have three leads. See the datasheet for Sprague (now Vishay) 672D. Surely you could've taken it further

No burnt smell...no over amping any traces...all clean, a plus! Faraday has left the building!... None of the dual lead caps below are any where there spec...all running just a few uF even at 120 Hz.
