though some people have found old integration caps most likely you have a leaky FET. They are tough to find but the section in the manual that addresses this problem should help.

I know that when installing a dust collection system for a wood shop, if metal ducting is not to be used, it is important that discharge wires be run inside all the ductwork and grounded to the dust
