looking at this the processor seems to work. Just fine. All signals are present. But the analyzer loading and long cable must be disrupting the signals too much.

So without the logic analyzer everything works but as soon as the probes are connected the display will not even work.? Seems the logic analyzer is loading the bus too much. I will have to figure out

Nigel and all. Got my unit running 4.22. Used w27C512 for U58 and U58 and AM27C256 for the rest.? Self test reports no errors. Now I need to figure out why I don't see A23 signal anymore on the logic

Just to conclude. Repair is completed and the unit and attenuator? work just fine. As per usual, it was not as easy as I thought it would be., but I did not loose any screws. Thanks to all.
