Re: OT: Sony/Tektronix 318 Logic analyzer
I'm cross posting from the Tek scopes group... I have both 318 and 338 baby logic analyzers. Cute little things. They both run identical hardware with exception of the acquisition board pair.

Re: OT: Sony/Tektronix 318 Logic analyzer
That is an easy question to answer: If it is a 318, it will acquire at 20ns: async or sync... I don't recall if the glitch position changes the maximum acquisition rate, but you might want to check...

Re: LIF File Conversion.
Hi Dan, I'd still give Omniflop a try. It's free, and it seems much easier to me. According to the website, it'd do exactly what you were looking for in terms of reading the disk, and saving the image

AN-150-B
Does any one have a copy of HP application Note 150-B? I am looking for the B version, not the more common 150. If any one has one I would like a copy of it, to go with my 853/8559B set up. Thanks,

Re: Power on Time
Maybe some do, but I know the current PNA series of Network Analyzers do not....unless you count the hard drives. HDDs do keep track of the number of hours they are turned on; as well as number of

Re: Power on Time
I don't know about the OP's question, but the 856xE series definately had an elapsed hours count, possibly as the CRT has a finite life...

Re: Power on Time
Hi Susan, HP only put timers in instruments that had things that were 'used up', like Cs beam standards, sweepers with BWO tubes, and so on. They used little Curtis (?) ETMs, composed of a capilliary

The number 6625-01-036 3730 is the NSN, National Stock Number, not serial. You should look for: The 86222B manual and the H29 Option -John ===============

Re: CRT Needed for HP 54520A Scope
Dan, Once you get the cathode emitting again, you can "wash" away some of the burnt marks by equalising(actually wasting) away surrounding areas. This will help to lighten the burnt- areas but not

I have an HP411 which is an RF power meter with the same clock work motor and photo interrupter setup as I suspect the 412 has. I got replacement bulbs from a place on the Internet called Bulbtown.
