Subject: [HP-Agilent-Keysight-equipment] HP86320A heterodyne module - need info ? Does anyone have any info on the HP86320A heterodyne module? This was the back assembly of certain 862XX sweeper plug-ins from the 1970s. It provided two bands covering 100 MHz to 2 GHz, and 2-4 GHz, using a 2-4 GHz YTO for drive. I have a couple that I want to use for a project. I sort of had the basic hookups, supplies, etc figured out sufficiently many years ago, but of course now can't find my notes, and it still seems to be pretty obscure, info-wise. Not much out there on line. I mostly need to know the operating voltages for the power amplifier, the LO, and the proper PIN switch drive topology.
