Yup. That's what it means.

One needs to remember that the scope firmware does several things automatically
on power-up. Obviously self-test is a big one. It also does some self-calibration
and this is where it's failing. The cal signal is passed to the pods to help with this
cal, but why it claims "Overload" when in fact just the opposite may be happening
is not clear. Not the first time firmware bugs got out. :-)

The service manual outlines a procedure for removing the front panel and gaining
access to the pod cabling. Check that before doing anything else.
