Reading the specs says (I think) that the 0 volt setting should
be within +/- 10 mV of 0. In any event, all the adjustments are
done with the GPIB and a computer. The calibration program is
included in the service manual and is in Basic.

The negative output is isolated from earth (the PS is floating).
The PS and the DMM are connected to the same earth with 0.67ohms
between them.
I have a service manual (got from the Keysight site). Way too
