OT question regarding a Spanish motor

I have a Spanish-made motor that I need a second opinion on.? On the spec plate, one line states the following:
"Cos. P" (0188) "Svclo Ctnuo."
The 0188 is in a box between the other items.? I think this means single phase, with a 88% duty cycle, but I'm guessing.? The motor is otherwise 220/440V, 60Hz, 3600 rpm, CV.=1.
The power cord is a 5 position twist lock, but it's mis-wired for either single or three phase.
