I know few ways of getting LIF formatted floppies converted to plain text format:
1) using
2) making floppy image with TELEDISK and mounting it in the emulator
3) LIFUTIL https://www.keysight.com/upload/cmc_upload/All/EPSG084489.txt
For any method you will need an old PC with native floppy drive controller and preferably Windows 98.
Most LIF format floppies use 256 byte sectors while DOS/Windows are 512. Manufacturers and latest OS started dropping support for anything but 512 bytes sectors. USB floppy disks won't work.
