I am working on a 8656B with power supply troubles.? Does anyone have a Manual for one with a 2815U04xxx serial??? I checked with Dave at artek but he has none.? (What does the U in the serial indicate??)

The power supply board is 08656-60278 and does not match either of the manuals I found on the 'net.
?
The trouble I have is that the +5v line has 1 volt of AC on t when the unit is turned on.? When it is "off" the power supply is still on and keeping the memory alive and the Hi Stab OSC warm.? I HAVE replaced the P.S. caps and that did improve the +-15
volt lines but not the +5 line.
?
Any ideas or a manual/schematic??
