I have some fairly decent 3D scanning hardware in my lab, and probably more appropriately, high-resolution digital coordinate probes that can be used to pick accurate measurements off of parts, directly into printable models.

if you¡¯d like us to take a crack at it, I¡¯d be happpy to give it a go.

(of course, i¡¯ve got standard plastic FDM printers, powder-bed printers and SLA printers available too.)
