If this is for routine use to have all the gear synchronized and show?consistent frequencies, then you don't need anything fancy. Pick the reference output from one of the instruments, that seems the best, or use an external OCXO box. If you need very precise and stable references, then use a GPSDO or such, depending on the need. A video distribution amp should suffice - I wouldn't even worry about the 75 versus 50 ohm issue, unless the reference cables?need to go a considerable distance.

I'd recommend 74HC logic for any squaring-up and dividing requirements. It's probably the easiest to implement with, of all the families.

If you need it to be really really good, for high stability, precision frequency/phase measurements and comparisons, then visit the time-nuts group to see what they're about. In that world, everything matters in striving for perfection. Be prepared to suffer from time/frequency precision envy, but be happy if your application is more mundane, and you don't have to worry about so much.
