I am a moderator on other groups. (two, to be exact). If a message
is sent by someone moderated, the messages arrives at my email box as
a part of a larger message telling me that has posted and
message and as the person is moderated, the message must be approved.
I must go to the website and approve (or otherwise classify) the
message, or I can reject it by email (but not approve by email). The
message expires in 14 days.
There is no criteria for moderating a person based on the content of
his/her message, although it's possible to label some messages as
spam. (they show up in a separate folder on the website).
The moderation is based on a particular yahoo sender, nothing else.
You either are, or are not.
