I mentioned I have an HP and an avcom but they are not what I am discussing in my posting.
The spectrum analyzer I am talking about is:
RF Explorer
it is about $250 and covers 15mhz to 2.7ghz.
That's pretty damm cheap for a spectrum analyzer.
