No vender number though. Much to my surprise I have not been able to find a replacement part. The socket fits in a 1 inch square hole. The only thing I found fits in a smaller rectangular hole. If someone knows how to find a replacement please let me know. An interesting sidenote, Whoever built this unit did wire it per the instructions. They wired the isolated(3Amp) in parallel with the non-isolated(10A) socket.
