Hello Henry,
Take the coversm off of the 8750A and look and see if the other interface board is attached to the bottom of one of the covers. The standard unit comes with two interface boards and you may find the spectrum analyzer board
inside. I have two or three of these and all of them have a complete complement of cards so you have a chance at finding the one that you need for the 141.
Also I have used the GLK cables and they work quite well. You could buy the parts at one time from Newark Electronics and make it yourself but if you don't have the crimping tools for the coaxial connectors it's not worth
the effort since the component parts are not cheap either especially if you mess some up trying to make the cable.
Good luck and let us know how you made out.
Sam

Can the HP 8750A normalizer be used with the HP 141T? If so what kind of interface and cable is required. I have both but no interfaces or cables.
tnx

Cables can be obtained from .
There will be some sticker shock involved.
I believe there is also a "personality module" involved that configures the
8750A for either the 8505A or 141T. The cable alone might not be enough;
you should ask George about this if you contact him re: the cable.

Mine has the network analyzer interface that I failed to mention. I did see the prices and on the glkinst site and I can't justify them.

I am looking for the HPIB (IEEE-488) commands for a 5005B Signature
Multimeter. Usually, summaries of these codes are given on one page of the manual.
Any help would be appreciated!
