If you have the bench/rack space, you might consider the 3562A or 3563A, which have similar bandwidth and ADC limits as the 3561A but give you two channels and some nifty firmware features. Otherwise I'd have to know something about your application. If you can use an I/Q multiplier of some sort to upconvert whatever you're measuring to a frequency within a stereo sound card's usable bandwidth, then the sub-10 Hz limitation may not be a deal-killer. (Plus, I believe some of the higher-quality sound cards do have DC coupling options these days.)
I don't think HP built any FFT analyzers that went beyond 100 kHz that are affordable on the used market now. Could be wrong about that, though.
